Well if you got this far, you must be fairly interested in who I am and what I do. You’ve probably already figured by now, I’m a UK based Web Developer, with a large interest in Linux, PHP, MySQL and other Open Source technologies.
I have a very keen interest in server and network infrastructure, with previous work including the design and configuration of a corporate LAN, and designing/implementing stress-tested hosting environments for large campaign based websites and applications.
Other notable work includes establishing new technical standards for Nokia globally, full development of an onsite customer kiosk at one of David Bailey’s exhibitions, deploying in rapid-time a high-scale social media campaign for a blue chip client, and being originally involved in the W3C HTML5 working group.
In a complete change of pace, I’ve also worked as a Sailing and Kayaking Instructor at Longridge in Marlow, Operations Manager at the Coastal Sea School, and worked alongside the Royal Yachting Association at many international events. I am a fully trained marine search and rescue specialist, and have at times been responsible for helping to train new recruits from the Buckinghamshire & Milton Keynes Fire Authority.
I’m always interested in seeing how I can help with your current project, or even just a chat, so please do get in touch. ยป
