If you make to many wrong login/authentication attempts in Webmin, it automatically blocks your IP from continuing.

If you’ve managed to block yourself out accidently, and you have shell access to your server, you can remove the IP block by deleting the line from this file.

Shell location:

/var/webmin/blocked

Location might be different if you have a different version of Webmin, so have a hunt around.
